Sheesh. Look at all the excitement I missed while I was away. Of course, I did see George Galloway go batshit on Jeremy Paxman on Election Night (May 5), but, while satisfying, it doesn't have that certain je ne sais quoi that talking dirty to Ann Coulter does.
Not that this is any way on topic, but on the day you posted this, I was in a really neat record store in Glasgow, where I picked up a copy of the new Teenage Fanclub album. It was not until I got back to my hotel and read that morning's Guardian that I learned that that day was the album's release date. I wish you had been at the record shop with us. You would have had a lark.
